We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a well-established 5 star hotel environment based in Rosebank, South Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across four restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent food quality, strong kitchen leadership, and efficient operational management within a structured hospitality environment.
This role requires a confident culinary leader with strong fine dining and à la carte experience, together with the ability to manage multiple kitchen operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee culinary operations across four restaurant outlets
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
Lead and manage kitchen teams within a structured brigade environment
Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods
Support menu planning and operational consistency
Maintain hygiene, stock, and kitchen control procedures

Requirements:
5–6 years’ experience in a senior culinary leadership role
Strong fine dining and à la carte experience essential
Previous experience within hotel environments advantageous
Strong leadership and kitchen management ability
Excellent organisational and operational skills
Ability to manage multiple kitchen operations effectively
