We are seeking an Executive Chef for a luxury hotel based in Bryanston, Sandton, South Africa.

The successful candidate will lead the kitchen operations, oversee menu development, manage kitchen teams, and ensure the highest culinary standards are maintained across all food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations
Design and implement menus and food concepts
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Excellent culinary creativity and attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume, high-standard kitchen operations
