Front Office Restaurant Manager | Upmarket Restaurant | East Rand

We are seeking a Front Office Restaurant Manager for an upmarket restaurant environment based in the East Rand, South Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong customer interaction, and efficient day-to-day restaurant coordination within a structured hospitality environment.

This role is suited to a professional with strong organisational ability and previous experience within busy upmarket restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations
Manage service flow and guest experience standards
Support and coordinate front-of-house staff
Maintain operational organisation during service periods
Ensure professional customer interaction and service delivery
Assist with maintaining restaurant presentation and standards

Requirements:

2–4 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role
Previous experience within upmarket restaurant environments essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and hands-on management approach
Ability to work effectively within busy hospitality environments
Strong understanding of restaurant service operations
