We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a leading hotel group based in Sandton, South Africa.

This role is responsible for overseeing the full HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development within a structured hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management and ensuring effective alignment between people strategy and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HR operations across the hotel group
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Support management with employee relations and performance management
Maintain and improve HR systems aligned with business strategy

Requirements:

Proven HR management experience within a hotel group or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of HR systems, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate within structured hospitality operations
