We are seeking a Lodge Resident Manager for a safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operational flow, and high standards of hospitality in a remote lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lodge operations and guest experience
Manage staff and departmental coordination
Ensure high standards of service and hospitality delivery
Handle guest relations and on-site problem solving
Maintain operational and logistical efficiency

Requirements:

Previous experience in lodge or hotel management
Strong leadership and guest relations skills
Ability to live and work in a remote lodge environment
