Restaurant General Manager | Fourways

We are seeking an experienced and confident Restaurant General Manager based in Fourways, South Africa to lead a high-performing hospitality operation.

This role requires a professional with 5–8 years’ experience in a similar senior position, with strong capability in managing both people and restaurant operations effectively within a structured environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall restaurant performance, team leadership, and service delivery, ensuring consistency, strong standards, and operational efficiency across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and performance

Requirements:

5–8 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar senior role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid operational and service delivery experience
Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Hospitality industry experience essential
