We are recruiting a Restaurant General Manager for a leading restaurant operation based in Pretoria, South Africa.

This role is responsible for the full management of the restaurant, including operations, staff leadership, service standards, and financial performance, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full restaurant operations
Manage staff, training, and performance
Ensure high service and guest satisfaction standards
Control operational costs and drive profitability
Maintain compliance with operational procedures

Requirements:

4–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Proven track record in restaurant performance and service excellence
Ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment
