We are recruiting a Unit Manager for a hospitality operation based in Randburg, South Africa.

This role is responsible for the overall management of a large catering or hospitality unit, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, staff management, and financial performance within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the hospitality unit
Oversee staff performance and operational standards
Ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor operational efficiency and cost control
Maintain compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

3–4 years’ experience managing a large hospitality or catering unit
Strong operational and leadership skills
Proven track record in managing staff and service delivery
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
